My name is Chris. I've lived in Feldmans for almost 4 years. I get by with doing small (and sometimes bigger) handyman projects. My rates are very reasonable and my references will speak for my quality of work. Clean and sober lifestyle.

I have worked in the trades most of my life, have plenty of local references for a big assortment of work.

Landscaping, tree trimming, gutter cleaning, repair/replacement, painting, appliance replacement and or repair, light fixture, ceiling fan installs, kitchen and bathroom remodels, tile work, vinyl composite plank flooring, interior/exterior door installation and trim work, fence repair and building, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, Elastomeric roof coatings..... the list goes on and on.
I do not own a car, but get around by bicycle. (I have pedaled a bicycle coast to coast 4 times in 6 years!!!) I can bring tools for small projects and I can get tools/equipment on site for bigger jobs.
