Hi ! I am 28 years old, and am looking for a butcher/meat cutting apprenticeship. Will work for free in exchange for education. Located in midtown but have a car and willing to drive! Processing meat is something I've always been interested in and curious to learn more about. I have experiencing slaughtering and processing whole animals alongside others, but those experiences are few and far between.
