The home features a huge bonus / Arizona room complete with fold out sofa w/ queen bed and washer/dryer in corner closet.
It comes mostly furnished (pull out sofa, 2 recliners, small table & chairs, TV armoire, coffee/end table, etc).
We can remove any items not wanted.
