Remains of some buildings (in the downtown area) dating back to the 1880's and remains of the old mill are on the property. There is a headframe over the main mine shaft. Cottonwood Creek with the remains of a well on its bank runs through the property. Hundreds of large saguaro cacti are also on the property. The TIP TOP mine produced over $3 million (in late 1800's money) of silver ore prior to 1900. A 4x4 vehicle is necessary to access the property.
