2006 5.3 LS Cammed Complete swap Engine Ready to be installed heads have been cut at the machine shop for a little more compression and new springs have been installed for cam. The cam is a stage 2 cam. It Comes Complete with the entire wiring harness, computer, fuse box wiring for the pedal and pedal. Engine is built and Ready to just drop into any vehicle of your liking.
