The battery cable puller and the battery terminal cleaner brush have been in my tool collection and unused for many years. I have listed them as both new but I have a mediocre memory. I don’t remember ever using this puller (I had several) but there is discoloration on the ends of the puller legs. I see no country of manufacture on either item so must assume Japan or Taiwan (Can’t be China, I bought them before the Chinese junk hit our market). Also note the cupped end is present on the puller. Without that you will make a hole in your battery terminal.
