This 35mm f3.5 Wollensak Type V fixed focus C-mount lens was originally on a 16mm wing camera of a fighter plane and ran whenever their machine guns fired to record whether or not they hit their targets. It has been mounted in a C-mount for use on almost all 16mm film cameras and many C-mount analog and digital video cameras. An unusual lens, it offers a slightly closer than normal perspective when used as a 'normal' lens. It can also be used with a lens adapter and bellowscope or closeup tubes as an excellent macro lens on 35mm film and digital SLR still cameras.
