This is the famed Bell & Howell Eyemo newsreel/crash camera whose ruggedness survived military action in World War II and has been Hollywood's favorite 'crash camera' ever since. This sale is for the camera body only, without the lenses, viewfinder objectives, or filter septum illustrated. This particular old war horse has taken action shots for many feature movies and can still deliver beautiful rock steady footage. Its has a spring motor which will push up to 90' of film through the camera without rewinding. It can also accept optional external electric motors. It's internal film chamber accepts 35mmx100' daylight loading reels, and its open back accepts 35mmx400' external magazines. The M model is noted for its 3 lens 'compact' turret which allows handheld use of the camera. Its filter slot offers use of behind the lens gel filters. The camera comes with an open back cover, a springwind key, and one 35mmx100' takeup spool. As optional accessories, I can offer a wide range of Eyemo lenses, viewfinder objectives, electric motors, filter septums, 400' magazines, alternate door designs, and more.
