Vet help for stray dog? (Tucson)

Hi! My roomate found a dog roaming arond the Rondstate center last week (hes a Sun Tran bus driver) and brought her home. He has not been able to get her in for a check up yet due to full work schedule. The dog appears to have mange. She seems very uncomfortable still after my many attempts to home remedy her until she can be seen. Does anyone know of any low cost if not free vet clinics I can take her to?
