I Have a total of 4 potential spaces for rent (EACH A DIFFERENT SIZE 900sqft-2,400sqft) SO REACH OUT and let me know your operation and your operational needs.

-Advertised as open entry into designated lot to make backing in super convenient and hassle free. (For my trailer display, you can back up into any trailer and hookup in minutes, vs having to maneuver items out of the way to get to the desired item.

$650.00 PER MONTH FOR THE MENTIONED LOT ABOVE
(Again, I have the ability to rent out more space or less space and adjust the price accordingly)
$750.00 PER MONTH WITH ACCESS TO A 20FT CONEX/SHIPPING CONTAINER TO USE WHILE YOU ARE A TENANT
I am open to suggestions/modifications of lot to better suit long term tenants (fully fenced, multiple containers placed on area for storage, etc..)
PREFERED TENANTS:
My preferred tenants are ones that need a space mainly for STORAGE of property and/or materials. I cannot have someone trying to run an automotive shop in the back of my property on gravel flooring.

3. Asphalt companies
4. OVERFLOW LOT for any company needing space to STORE (auto mechanic shops, autobody shops etc.)
5. Plumbing companies needing a space to park vehicles and store equipment/tools/materials
