We are My UofA Rental and we are looking for summer helpers to assist with the following tasks:
*Conducting Inspections of vacated homes (taking pictures, voice recording).
*Assisting with ensuring homes are set up accordingly for new move-ins (arranging furniture, minimal cleaning, etc.)
*Performing office duties/admin work/paperwork/filing etc.
*Handling phone calls and emails as necessary.
*Providing customer service and assisting tenants vacating or entering their new homes.
*Typing up recorded inspections (if necessary)
This position will begin the 2nd or 3rd week of July and will continue until the middle or end of August. This can become a permanent position if we feel like you are a good fit for our team! We need someone who is energetic, optimistic and does not mind getting their hands dirty if necessary! The ideal candidate would work well with others, as our office staff is a small group of lovely ladies, willing to show you the ropes! It is a very fast paced time of year for us as we have a limited time to situate our departing tenants and prepare for our new incoming tenants!
-This job will require OT beginning with Monday July 20th, 2026. This includes working every single day of the week until our project is completed (SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ARE REQUIRED).

-You must have a vehicle for transportation during business hours
- Property Management or Leasing Office experience is a plus!
