Small Contractor needs part time office help
Duties include
- Scheduling
- Billing
- Assembling Estimates
- Some customer retention work
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
Hours are flexible.
Experience in office management is required. Knowledge of landscaping in Tucson would be helpful
Knowledge of quick-books is essential.
Pay is negotiable.
