**Part-Time Office Assistant – 20 Hours Per Week**
Arbuckle Coffee is looking for a part-time Office Assistant. Working directly with ownership to maintain order and task completion. The goal is simple: create more time for valuable customers.
This role is for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, and ready to help with the daily clerical work that keeps a business in order. Small office environment. Occasionally greeting customers.
The work includes filing, answering phones, helping with invoices, greeting walk-in customers when needed, and handling general office support tasks. At times, this person may also help with travel arrangements, basic e-commerce reporting, emails, and simple social media tasks. Training will be provided to ensure tasks are done correctly.
**Main Duties**
* Filing and organizing documents
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Assisting with invoices and paperwork
* Greeting customers and visitors
* Helping with email and office communication
* Completing delegated administrative tasks
* Assisting with basic reports and projects
**Requirements**

**Hours**
* 20 hours per week Monday thru Friday 12pm to 4pm Office is located near Palo Verde and I-10
