Office Administrator/Event Coordinator (Tucson)

Tucson Expo Center is looking hire an Office Administrator/Event Coordinator.
This is a full time position.
Some weekends are required.
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Russian is a plus.

Applicant must meet the following REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Email and general computer skills
• Must have valid driver's license and own transportation
• Must be punctual and show up at work on time
• Must be organized well enough to keep a lot of little details under control
• Basic math skills are required
• Must have a basic understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Duties include:

• Telephone and email communications using professional language and courtesy
• Greeting customers and showing the venues
• Various other office related functions: filing, ordering the supplies
• Running errands (once a week if needed)
