Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro is essential.
Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning is required.
Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting through ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively and professionally.
Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in training & development programs and employee orientation processes to foster continuous growth.
