The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Provide direct administrative support to executives and senior leadership
Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners
Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
Maintain and update employee personnel files
Process new hire paperwork and employment verifications
Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment coordination
Track employee attendance, leave, and time-off requests
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Post payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) to appropriate accounts
Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
- Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Excel experience (Excel test will be administered)
Ability to work in-person with an assigned schedule
