What You Will Be Doing:
Information & Coordination Hub
• Collaborate with sales reps, field technicians, and clients to schedule access control installs and projects.
• Maintain organized, accurate data entry within our quote & dispatching system so the entire division stays aligned.
Administrative Expert
• Quotations & Specialty Parts Guru
• When the sales team is overwhelmed, you can save the day! Assist the sales team in solving the puzzle so the whole team can win; generate parts quotes for upcoming projects and follow up on outstanding sales estimates.
• Order specialized hardware directly from distributors and manufacturers and track lead times to ensure zero project delays.
Client Software Onboarding & Support
• Utilize your people skills to walk users through setting up their initial software configuration.
• Provide patient, clear, Tier 1 remote troubleshooting for software or connectivity questions.

Qualifications
• Ability to pass a drug test and comprehensive background check (required).
• Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing consultations.
