This is a very old guitar, made in Mexico, with tiger maple back and sides and a spruce top. It was entirely hand-painted about twenty years ago as a tribute to the United Farm Workers union. The guitar is playable and sounds best when tuned up to a requinto scale.
Disclaimer: I am well aware of the serious allegations made against one of the UFW founders, which is why i have lowered the price to a fraction of my original asking price. The art still may be of historical interest, or if the buyer wishes, they can sand off the painting and use it as a musical instrument.
I am located in Drexel Heights (S/W Tucson).
