This guitar has a very distinctive voice that is focused without excessive overtones. Its punchy midrange makes it great for the blues and blue grass playing. The notes pop out cleanly, even when played hard, without getting muddy. When pushed, it delivers a gritty, raw edge tone, that's especially present with a thumb-pick or heavy strumming. Overall, it’s a great guitar and it comes with a $250+ Blue Reunion Case. This guitar was owned, played and cherished by the late Tom Kell - professional guitarist. It also comes with a working Dean Markley Tahoe pickup. It plugs into the back strap button…so no additional and unnecessary holes. It is a nice option to a vintage Gibson L-00. The nut, upper bout, waist, and lower bout are approximately 1 and 11/16”, 11”, 9”, and 16”, respectively. The neck is very comfortable and rounded (not “V”). Recently professionally set up with a fresh set of 12 gauge D'Addarios and low action. Plenty of height on the saddle for any future adjustments. Straight neck - must play to fully appreciate. Straight neck and overall very good+/ excellent 9+/10 condition.
