Bought new in December 2024, always stored in the official Line 6 Helix Backpack when not being used, it's in fantastic condition! The bottom has a few scratches from gigging but nothing that affects functionality. More importantly, all of the screens (the main screen as well as the rows of scribble strips) have had screen protectors on them from day one!
