In great condition for it's age. Plays great and lightweight full hollow body. First version of these with dots and binding. All original and unmodified

When I first acquired this 16 or so years ago, I was able to check the (still visible) FON with a New York vintage dealer, who told me it's a '59

However the ink stamp has faded to illegibility. Also the neck profile is slender, not clubby like the earliest ones.

So I don't have the Factory Order Number visibility to call it a '59 without doubt, but it most certainly is no later than a '61.
