This is a Nelson Riggs XR-3 armored 2 piece rain suit that is 100% waterproof. It features removeable shoulder and elbow armor, Velcro + snap collar, Atached adjustable waist belt with elastic, Velcro adjustable wrist straps with elastic, 2 expanding waterproof pockets below the belt in front, a large chest pocket accessable via a zipper under the front flap, but without unzipping the coat, a zippered and flaped screened vent all across the shoulders. The pants have suspenders with elastic waist, zippered expanding legs, reinforced between the boots and sturrups. It has no damage or wear of any kind. It was really only worn one time on one trip. Both the pants and jacket are marked "S" for Mens small. No scuffs, loose threads, scratches, spots, stains or smells.This was quite expensive when new and has had excellent storage since.
