The successful candidate will be organized and goal oriented. With limited instruction/supervision review Purchase Orders requirements to ensure company compliance; create detailed inspection plans based on customer prints; Inspect product and complete AS9102 documentation
• Provide leadership and direction for the inspection staff including scheduling.
• Solve and provide resolution to manufacturing quality issues.
• Interface with customers concerning quality issues.
• Maintain and improve QMS to fit business needs.
Qualifications: Experience with AS9100/ISO systems; proficient with use of CMM and standard mechanical inspection equipment; understanding of inspection methodology.
Desired Qualifications: Proficient with the use of Discus software; Net-Inspect software; JobBoss software; familiarity with Honeywell quality requirements; familiarity with Raytheon quality requirements.
