Hello, my name is Greg Foster. I've been training in martial arts and fitness for 10 years. I've trained with a great deal of high level athletes over the years so all techniques and workouts are battle tested. Coaching and training individuals is truly something I have a passion for and I'm extremely excited to share my knowledge. I will be offering self defense techniques, striking techniques, boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu, body weight resistance workouts, HIIT workouts, nutrition, and more. We can come up with a plan that is specifically designed for you if it involves martial arts or just fitness! Let's have fun getting in shape! I am looking for any individual who wants to better themselves and live a healthier lifestyle. I am here to help you achieve any fitness and life goals you may have. If you have zero experience in martial arts, aren't very active, or you do have experience in any aspect of fitness I will be happy to work with you. I am open to working with anyone.
