I have several upcoming property turnovers in Tucson that will require full renovations. I'm looking for reliable contractors and tradespeople who can handle a wide range of interior and exterior work, including:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Drywall repair and replacement
- Door replacement as needed
- Electrical work (panel upgrades, rewiring, fixtures, outlets, switches)
- Lighting and plumbing fixture upgrades
- Cabinet installation (countertops will be handled separately by a granite company)
- Shower and tile installation (including backsplash)
- LVP flooring installation
- HVAC duct cleaning and replacement
- Hot water tank replacements
- Full knob and fixture updates throughout
- Roof repair and replacement
- Framing
- Landscaping (pavers, concrete, stone, etc.)
In addition, one property has a carport that I plan to convert into a bedroom. For that project, I’ll need framers, electricians, HVAC professionals, and others experienced with structural conversions.
I generally purchase all materials myself so I'm looking for labor only (there may be some exceptions for certain aspects).
