Install Mohawk laminate flooring. NE Tucson (Tucson, near River Rd. and Sabino Canyon Rd)

compensation: Cash upon completion of the work
If you are interested PLEASE QUOTE PRICE, and estimate how much time you'll need to do a three- part job in a 130 square foot rectangular bedroom, roughly 10' by 13' with entry door and closet door:

1. Remove, take away and dispose of the worn sisal carpet to expose and clean the concrete floor. There is some mold on a part of the carpet, so you should wear a mask. Do not leave the carpet here for pickup.

2. Install Mohawk laminate floor. (I have them here. See photo.)

3. Install wood base board in the same room. (I will have it here.) You'll need a saw to make corner edges fit.

JOB STARTS IN JULY. This isn't complicated, but I will have to move furniture first.

Please do not reply if you have never installed baseboard and laminate floors. You should have some references so I can verify that you've done this kind of work before.

I DON'T HAVE TIME TO CALL YOU FIRST TO DISCUSS before you bid. I won't respond if you don't send an estimate first. That's why I wrote all the details. Bids so far have ranged from $200 to $1600. Six people bid exactly $500. Reply to this post, tell me your name, and include your cell phone number and best times to call you. Also send me your email address so I can send pictures if you need them. I will assume that you are unlicensed unless you tell me otherwise.

Thanks.

Ron
