Lost in Tucson Mountain Park five years ago, March 1st 2017, north side of W Gates Pass Road between Kinney Road (Old Tucson) & Gates Pass, west of Tucson Arizona (Pima County), while traveling about 20 miles from home.
Miss Sassitti is medium-size, mostly white fur with some orange (turkish van mix), greenish eyes. Wearing a bright green cloth collar, no tag, no chip. Tip of left ear snipped (when spayed as a kitten). She might look dusty brown-orange-yellow (not so white) after some time in the desert.
She's been with us for 12 years and we miss her! She's strong and healthy, an experienced outdoor & desert cat, but near her water dish. She may be prowling for water in neighborhoods along the boundaries of Tucson Mountain Park.
Miss Sassitti is a sweetie, but very shy and cautious at first with most people and other pets (maybe even hissy, but she's not feral). Hoping if someone found her, they took her home (not to a shelter), and might notice her photos & info on the internet and contact us.

Update 2021 January and 2022 March -
Thanks for occasional coyote comments from readers over the years. I remain hopeful because Miss Sassitti has lived with us for more than 10 years in the Chihuahuan & Sonoran deserts with plenty of coyotes, cougars, rattlesnakes, scorpions, etc around. Also I've hiked for miles all around where she vanished, and it's easily possible she's found water & shelter and maybe friendly humans.
We'd love to know if she's well & happy wherever she is, but we really need to know if she needs help or wants to come home. There is no Reward, but we will gratefully & generously reimburse expenses for her care and safe return.
