Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Laborer to join our construction team. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and safe yard environment, supporting field crews, and assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, shop, and storage areas
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with inventory tracking and material staging
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
• Support delivery and pickup of materials as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist construction crews with general labor tasks when required

Qualifications
• Previous construction or yard experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction materials
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
