Our pipeline includes a wide variety of commercial and industrial contracts, including:
Commercial Chain-Link (standard, privacy slats, security wire)
Ornamental Iron / Wrought Iron Fencing & Gates
Corrugated Steel & Security Perimeter Fencing
Commercial Gate Installations (including access control/automated gates)
Temporary Construction/Rental Fencing
Partner Requirements:
To qualify for our subcontractor pool, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience: Minimum 1 years of proven experience in commercial fence installation.
(Optional) Licensing: Active Arizona ROC (Registrar of Contractors) license in good standing (dual, commercial, or residential/commercial specialty).
(Optional) Insurance: General Liability Insurance (minimum $1M/$2M limits) and Workers' Compensation coverage.
Equipment: Must have your own reliable work truck/trailer, tools, tensioners, gas/air post pounders, and safety gear.
Work Ethic: Ability to read blueprints/site plans, maintain safety protocols on commercial job sites, and meet project deadlines.
