We are a professional roofing company that primarily services commercial buildings, with additional residential projects. We are seeking an experienced, dependable Roofer with hands-on experience in APOC elastomeric roof coatings, clay and concrete tile roofing, and shingle roofing systems.
This position is ideal for a skilled roofer who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well as part of a team, and follows safety standards on every job site.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform installation of various roofing materials, repair leaks, and maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems
• Apply and assist with APOC elastomeric coating systems according to manufacturer specifications
• Install and repair clay tile, concrete tile, and shingle roofing systems
• Assist with job site setup, material handling, and cleanup
• Follow job specifications, material manufacturer specifications, plans, and supervisor instructions
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Work safely at heights and comply with OSHA and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with office staff, crew members and supervisors
• Identify potential issues and bring them to the attention of supervisors
• Troubleshoot job site issues and provide practical solutions
Qualifications
• Prior roofing experience on commercial and residential projects
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Experience with APOC elastomeric coatings, clay and concrete tile, and shingle roofing preferred
• Ability to read job specifications and follow project requirements
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and safely on roofs
• Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
• Familiarity with Tucson streets and neighborhoods
• Valid driver’s license required
