Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resurfacing Technician/Field Manager to lead resurfacing technicians and oversee on-site operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional results in tub,sink, and countertop resurfacing. Duties
Train and oversee resurfacing technicians
Work at multiple sites in Tucson area.
Order materials and keep track of inventory
Strong organization and time management skills
Perform high quality resurfacing work professionally and efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Ability to managae multiple technicians and projects
Able to make sound decisions, problem solve, troubleshoot any issues onsite
Good attitude
Qualifications
Prior experience in resurfacing or a related trade is desireable
Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
Hands-on experience with equipment used to paint/resurface
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Reliable and self motivated
Ability to communicate with onsite management if required
Leadership or supervisry experience preferred
