compensation: Starting pay is $17/hr and will be increased once skill-level has been determined by our Field Supervisor. Pay can go up to $36/hr based on skill and we usually get some prevailing jobs throughout the year.

Our work is widespread throughout Tucson and surrounding cities/areas. We install pipe insulation, wrap air ducts, insulate valves & tanks (vessels), pumps, refrigerant lines, etc. You must be comfortable working on a ladder or lift in high and sometimes tight spaces.

Must have:
- valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- minimum of 2 years of experience

Benefits & Wage:
- Pay will be determined upon skill-level; starting pay begins at $17/hr and increases based on determined skill-level, pay can go up to $36/hr based on skill
- 5 paid holidays immediate upon hiring
- After 1 year of employment, 1 week of paid vacation per year
- Prevailing wage and bonus opportunities available
