Immediate opening for full-time Maintenance HVAC Technician. 2-year experience in multi-family residential property maintenance experience. Must be a team player, have knowledge in all areas related to maintenance as supervisor. Must be able to manage and have budget control and ordering. Must be organized and able to supervise a staff of 4. Must have experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, General maintenance in work orders and turnovers, must be able to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance related problems. Need to have weekly maintenance and Osha meetings. We need a strong leader who can work with staff and resolve all maintenance issues.
EXPERIENCE - At least 1 year of multi-family residential property maintenance experience or related experience preferred.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
*HVAC Certification
*2 Year maintenance Required
COMPENSATION - Based on experience, starting salary start at $25 an hour and medical benefits
