Affiliated Building Maintenance is looking for family-owned businesses or individuals who want to grow their businesses to help us serve our accounts in the valley.
We're seeking dedicated professionals to work with us to service the needs of our clients.
** MUST HAVE AN LLC **
POTENTIAL SUB-CONTRACTORS SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
** An independently established business (LLC, Trade Name, etc.)
** Equipment, Tools, and Supplies needed for the type of work needed to be performed
** Professional appearance, attitude, and ability to follow directions and provide quality service
** Required insurance including General Liability (up to $1-Mil) and Worker's Compensation
** Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance
WE NEED THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF SERVICE PROFESSIONALS:
** Day Porters or Outside Cleaners
** Maintenance Repairs including but not limited to, concrete work, asphalt repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, welding etc. (Must have Tools)

** Transporte confiable y seguro de automóvil
NECESITAMOS LOS SIGUIENTES TIPOS DE PROFESIONALES DE SERVICIO:
** Conserjería Comercial / Limpiadores Comerciales
** Lavadoras a presión (debe tener equipo)
** Barredoras de Estacionamientos (Debe tener Equipo)
** Porteros de día o limpiadores exteriores
** Reparaciones de mantenimiento incluidos, entre otros, trabajos de concreto, reparaciones de asfalto, pintura, plomería, trabajos eléctricos, soldadura, etc. (Debe tener herramientas)
