REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be able to:
Work outdoors for extended periods in desert conditions, including direct sun and high temperatures.
Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks such as bending, stretching, stooping, and lifting.
Arrive on time each day with reliable transportation.
Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain a positive attitude and work cooperatively as part of a crew.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Trimming shrubs and plants
Mowing turf areas
Blowing walkways, parking lots, and common areas
Weeding and general grounds maintenance
Raking and debris removal
Basic plant‑care knowledge, including proper trimming techniques.
