We are seeking a reliable working Janitorial Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team. This role is key to ensuring that all assigned accounts are cleaned and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect facilities to ensure proper cleaning standards are met.
Train and support new team members on cleaning procedures.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inspect equipment to be sure it is in proper working order.
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and management.
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial and supervisory experience is preferred but we will train the right individual.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, this is not a requirement
Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
A VALID Drivers License
Your own reliable vehicle are required for this position, as you will be driving from account to account.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Schedule:
Monday and Thursday 4:30pm to 12:30am, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00pm-1:00am plus alternating weekend support.
