We are a property management office that handles 140 + older homes and luxury homes that are rented mostly to college students. We currently have several improvement projects going, involving work on the exterior and interior of our rental homes. We need more hands to help get them done in a timely manner. This is a temporary position (as needed). However, depending on your work ethics and performance, it could possibly become a permanent opportunity.

This position requires general labor that is listed below but not limited to:

landscaping, general maintenance in homes, minor electrical repair, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, use of hand tools and or electrical, moving and storing furniture, turning of homes, trashing items, recording work performed on sheets provided, etc.

*You are required to provide your own hand held tools and basic electrical tools that you will need to work with. The material needed for the homes such as paint, drywall, lightbulbs, etc., will be provided by our company.
