Shane’s Stellar Services is one of Tucson’s fastest-growing junk removal, window cleaning, and demolition companies. We are hiring a full-time Business Development Rep (BDR) to help us expand into commercial accounts and dominate the Tucson market.
This is a field sales / outreach position — perfect for someone who is outgoing, confident, and loves talking to people.

⭐ PAY & COMPENSATION
Base Guarantee:
👉 $500–$800 per week (depending on experience and performance)
Plus Commissions:
👉 $10–$25 per commercial job booked
👉 $50 for each new commercial account opened
👉 5% commission on recurring commercial accounts for 90 days
Top performers make $1,000–$1,500 weekly.
This role rewards activity, confidence, and hustle.
⭐ WHAT YOU’LL DO (DAILY DUTIES)
🔹 Visit 15–20 apartment complexes per day
Introduce our company, meet property managers, and book trial jobs.
🔹 Build relationships with:
Apartment managers
Maintenance teams
Property management companies
Realtors
HOAs
Contractors
Builders
🔹 Drop off “leave-behind” packets
Rate sheet, business card, before/after photos.
🔹 Follow up with leads
Call + text + email + visit weekly.
🔹 Book jobs on the spot
Same-day or next-day junk removal cleanouts.
🔹 Track daily activity
Simple daily checklist — NO complicated CRM required.
This is a high-activity, hands-on role where you’re talking to people all day.
⭐ REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
🔥 MUST HAVE:
A reliable car
A valid driver’s license
Full-time availability (Mon–Fri)
Also:
Outgoing, confident personality
Not afraid to walk into businesses
Good communicator
Reliable and consistent
Self-motivated
Can follow a simple daily route
No degree required
