The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CAT and Leeboy pavers and be willing to operate grading equipment as needed. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CAT and Leeboy asphalt pavers safely and efficiently.
• Perform paving projects to specifications and ensure high-quality results.
• Operate grading equipment when required.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine checks, and minor maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines on job sites.
• Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an asphalt paver operator, specifically with CAT and Leeboy pavers.
• Experience operating grading equipment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of paving procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and on diverse project sites.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
