A great team is seeking a full-time apartment maintenance technician to work 20 hours near Orange Grove/Oracle and 20 hours near Euclid/Grant.
Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting skills are required.
Appliance and HVAC repair knowledge is a plus.
Will help with pool care and grounds pick-up.
