General Home Cleaning Services offered at a Flat Rate:
GENERAL CLEAN:
•$17.50/hour (2 hr minimum-$35) for senior citizens or those with physical disabilities or mobility issues
•$20/hour (2 hr minimum-$40) for the general public

GENERAL CLEAN includes the following:
•Laundry:
wash, dry, fold
•Living Rooms/Common Areas/Hallways:
pick-up, wipe down table tops, fluff pillows, vacuum, or sweep and mop
•Kitchens/Dining Rooms:
clean dishes, sanitize or disinfect hard surfaces, wipe down exterior of appliances, garbage, sweep, mop floors (sanitize or disinfect)
•Bathrooms:
Clean mirrors, disinfect sinks and hard surfaces, disinfect showers and bathtubs, garbage, sweep, and disinfect (mop) floors
***Services not usually included in a GENERAL CLEAN, but offered UPON REQUEST at the same rates as listed above:***
•Dusting/cleaning of wall decor, wall mirrors, artwork, and tabletop decor items
•Dusting of drapes or cleaning of blinds
•Cleaning of walls, baseboards, cupboards, and other flat vertical surfaces
•Sorting and organizing
•Vacuuming of sofas and upholstery
•Soap and water wipe-down of sofas and upholstery (requires drying time before use)
•Bedrooms: pick-up, dusting, hard surface cleaning, vacuuming, or sweeping and mopping, bed making
•Front and back porch cleaning
•Cat litter box cleaning and disinfecting (you must supply the cat litter)

•I hold a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, presented to you upon meeting (which requires a comprehensive, extensive background check, enabling me to work with vulnerable populations)
•I am a Certified Caregiver and have completed training, examination, and certification for proper cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of care homes that require constant cleaning and disinfecting to promote good health.
•I hold a food handler's certificate, which requires training on proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals, and proper cleaning of areas where foods are prepared.
•I am reliable, trustworthy, empathetic, and non-judgemental.

***Cleaning for items/areas that are heavily soiled or extremely grimy (caked on dust/grime) are either charged at a higher rate, or incur a small added fee. Either way, this is discussed and agreed upon before work commences.*** Please inquire if unsure. Also inquire about rates if you need a cleaning job that isn't listed above.
