Hi,

I have brand new, in box;

-1 Ton Prime brand 120v unit, 12000 BTU with heat and cool mode, high efficiency 18 seer inverter, controlled with hand remote, R32, designed for up to 600 sq ft.

Firm on price, cheaper ones are available which use more energy.

- Arus brand for $480 that is 14 seer 110v 1 ton mini split with heat pump, R410a.

The boxes are unopened. System is pre-charged with Freon and includes 12' refrigerant lines.
