Hello! My friend and I are looking for a 2 bed 1 bath in the $1000-1300 range. We are two men in our late twenties, both with a fairly quiet lifestyle. My roommate has one (very sweet and well-behaved) cat. I work at Plaza Liquors and Fine Wines near Grant/Campbell (A Tucson institution for 50 years), and he works at Trader Joe's on Grant/Swan. We both grew up in Tucson and treasure the different characters of its neighborhoods - we currently live at Grant/Campbell and would like to stay nearby to ease our commutes, but it would be exciting to explore a new area! We love to garden, so any space that would be open to that would be amazing, and we're happy to do some light landscaping or share produce. I worked for some time at a local native plant nursery, various farms, and have a good deal of experience with rainwater harvesting and so on. The ideal situation for us is a small home with a private owner who is looking for reliable long-term tenants at a reasonable rate, and who might like some help with work around the property.
