I am a retired International Project Manager that spent the last 8 years in Mexico, 5 years in Kenya and 20 years in Bulgaria. Having been outside the USA for 30 years I have no credit score and no background in the states. I have never been arrested and have never had an unpaid bill. I am a US citizen that now lives on SS. I am moving from Mazatlán, Mexico up to Tucson as I need to take advantage of Medicare at the Tucson Orthopedic Institute. I visited friends in Pennsylvania last summer where I had cataracts removed therefore, I use that address for my Bank of America Debit card and my Verizon phone number. For the past 8 years my auto registration and license are both in Nogales, Arizona. Having no live at address in the states shuts off the background check. For these reasons I do not qualify for a standard apartment rental. I need a homeowner that will trust me to maintain their property and pay my rent without delay as I always have in the many countries, I have been in. I am a single male twice divorced that lives alone. No drugs, smoking, or pets. I can afford up to $800 a month a studio or 1 bedroom apartment is fine for me. If anyone needs a caretaker or handyman, I have all the time and tools needed for renovations and or additions.
