Do you have what it takes?
Superior Customer Service Skills: You have a natural talent for making people feel heard and valued, providing a positive experience with every call
Bilingual (English/Spanish): Fluent communication in both languages is a must to serve our diverse patient base - we serve anybody who needs/wants teeth - the entire community
Dental Office Experience Preferred: Even a little previous dental office experience will set you up for better success
Friendly & Compassionate: You have a positive attitude, quick to respond & have a knack for navigating/scheduling patients
Team Oriented: You love working with others and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Previous Sales Experience is a Big Plus: You're a natural at connecting with people and can help them see the value in ideal dental/health care.
The Role:
Support our office/s & Marketing Leadership Team (Private Practice)
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, care and grace
Assist with patient scheduling, questions, and other needs
Work either full-time or part-time
