In-Home Caregivers – Tucson Area

$18/hr + Bonuses + Mileage | Flexible Hours | Start This Week

Alternatives in Home Care is a local, boutique senior care management agency seeking compassionate and reliable in-home caregivers to support clients in Tucson and surrounding areas.

Current Scheduling Needs:

• Overnight shifts available seven days per week (12 hour shifts 7pm-7am)
• Daytime shift 3 days per week (Tue, Thu, Sat) 7am-7pm with possibility of additional hours/shifts
• Occasional daytime and/or weekend coverage, as needed
• May work with multiple clients

What we offer:

• $18/hour base pay plus bonuses and mileage
• Flexible scheduling (part time, full time and PRN)
• Travel/gas stipend for Oro Valley, Saddlebrooke, Marana and outlying areas of Tucson
• Supportive, professional care team

Duties include:

Assistance with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, companionship, and safety supervision.

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have caregiving experience, paid or unpaid (DCW/CNA a plus, but we will train the right person)
• Are reliable, client-focused, and professional
• Have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Can use basic technology and pass a background check
