We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our clinic in Tucson, located by Northwest Medical Center at the intersection of Orange Grove and LaCholla. This is a 100% in-person position.

We offer excellent quality of life (no expectation to work longer than 40 hours per week, reasonable hours of 8:45am to 4:30pm, etc., a rarity in the clinical research world), as well as competitive pay AND bonuses for a person with a proven track record.


As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and management of clinical trials. You will work closely with the research team to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and guidelines, as well as oversee the collection and analysis of data.

Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up of study participants
- Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent forms, and other essential study documents
- Conduct phlebotomy and blood sampling procedures as needed
- Manage data collection and ensure accuracy and completeness of study data
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of clinical trials
- Monitor participant safety and report any adverse events or protocol deviations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study progress and regulatory documentation

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines for clinical trials
- Experience in phlebotomy and blood sampling techniques preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Located in the Tucson area or willing to commute.
