Requirements:
āļø Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver Certification
āļø Current CPR/First Aid Certification
āļø Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
āļø Two-Step TB Test or Current Negative TB Blood Test
āļø Valid Form of ID
āļø Memory Care Certification/Experience Required
āļø Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
