January of last year, for the fist time ever, my back "went out." The teeter was kind of a bear to put together, even if it looks easy. Esp. with my back a mess.

In about two days or so I was back to work. So I can tell you, for whatever was going on with me; it worked.

I'm in an apartment and would like the space since I've no re-occurances.

I've used it maybe 20 times, so it's in mint condition.

It's adjustable for folks 4'10" to 6'6". It says it'll for work people up to 300#. 300# seems to be pushing it, however. I'd say 250# or less.
