January of this year, for the fist time ever, my back "went out." Now I understand lower back pain. Brutal. After about a week of suffering this Teeter-type board arrived. Kind of a bear to put together, even if it looks easy. Esp. with my back a mess.
In about two days or so I was back to work. So I can tell you (for whatever it was going on with the back) this was miraculous. Cheaper than going to a specialist>physical therapy and I've used occasionally for assisting the lymphatic system (kind of like they do in yoga, upside down poses.)
Having no issues for the past 11 months, I figured it's time to let it go of it and allow it to heal somebody else. Plus I'm in an apartment.
I've used it maybe 20 times, so it's in mint condition (never seen a drop of sweat on it, unblemished.) I don't have the little lower-back pad that came with it (useless, tossed it.)
The head part is adjustable for shorter/taller (4'10" to 6'6".) It says it'll for work people up to 300#. 300# seems to be pushing it, however.
Sorry the pics go from hi-def to low-def when they post - msg me and I can send you good pics.
